I am not taking insurance at present, but I can provide an invoice if you want to submit yourself.
I slide fees for all in need.
Please note: I have a 24-hour cancellation policy except for Monday appointments; in this case Saturday cancellation is required. I charge in full for missed appointments.

If you use GPS, this will work ONLY with Google Maps. I am minutes from Main St. in Philmont behind the Old Summit Mill just off Summit St. and across from Lake Dr. Call if you need specific directions. Sometimes my address comes up in Hudson, NY, and that will also get you here.
Office Hours
Office hours are somewhat in flux as I transition to being upstate full-time. Right now Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday but call or text if you need a different time.
